In your setup page (https://URL_EMAPTHYBROKER/help/setup) go to EmpathyIndex section:

1. Click in SUBMIT A FEED TO BE INDEXED. Select the FEED_ID to be indexed and upload file:

   
   
   
   

2. Then press de Submit button and check index status :
